good luck! when i was at my heaviest about 6 years ago at 335lbs i was a boarderline diabetic. i was also on high blood pressure meds. since then ive come off of the meds and i saved myself from diabetes.

I LOVE HOOPING!!! you burn roughly about 208 calories for hooping for 25 minutes. i have a 3lb. weighted hoop that really gets my heart pumpin! i love it so much i do it everyday!!!

im a huge fan of hot herbal teas. my personal favorite is jasmine green tea. i drink about 3 cups of tea a day and it keeps me satisfied until my next meal.

yea im not planing on having any more anytime soon. ill wait another 4 years for #3 i want to lose weight before i get pregnant again. im sick of carrying all this weight AND the weight of a baby too! its not fun!

hey there mamas! i totally feel your pain. i have about 120lbs to lose to reach a realistic goal weight where i am healthy. i am 25 with a 4 yr old and a 6 week old. we can do this and beat the bulge once and for all!

amanda, can you do stretches and arm exercises? when i was pregnant, i did prenatal yoga! i loved it because it kept my muscles lean and stretched. really helped after my csection and was bed ridden for a day and a half!
