I love cottage cheese, Mandarin oranges, yogurts, nuts, string cheese, sugar free pudding, popcorn, boiled eggs, protein shakes, fruit smoothies... Just to name a few. I'm a hard core snacker and sometimes prefer to snack all day instead of eating a meal.

congrats! its hard to lose after babies i know, i had 2 c-sections! you look absolutely amazing! keep up the wonderful work and effort! soon i too can post my 100lb lost! im almost down 60 myself! and great job running a 7k! what a wonderful transformation and gaining your life back! :)

i love veggie pasta such as Ronzoni Garden Delight. not only am i eating my pasta favorites but im getting veggies too with almost a whole serving of veggies per serving of pasta! not a bad deal! and they are relatively cheap...not as cheap as generics but for the price i know im eating healthier!

i allow myself 2 tbs of peanut butter everyday and make sure i have the room for it! its my favorite food and i coudnt imagine not eating it everyday! :) its good healthy fat and protein in moderation!

I like to do shots of Tequila, salt and limes soaked in pickle juice. 65 cals per shot! :)

I am also a mom of 2 and i know how it is most definitely! I will get up an hour earlier every morning and do my workout. I have been doing Supreme 90 and I love it because they are less than an hour workouts and they kick your butt! Don't forget moms, you can add in your daily cleaning and cooking in your workout log too…

i had the same problem a few weeks back when i was plateaued. since starting the supreme 90 workout, ive lost another inch and a half in 10 days!

I have seen that documentary and that's what actually inspired me to lose weight! In fact I do drink a cup of raw fruit and veg juice everyday! it has actually helped my digestion and helped boost my metabolism!
