i eat oatmeal with honey, peanut butter (or a boiled egg in place of the peanut butter depends on if im in the mood for an egg) and 1/2 c. 1% milk. on my weekends, i like to eat, 2 eggs over easy with wheat toast and a cup of coffee with agave nectar.

I would really start taking your measurements. you may be gaining muscle but losing inches! keep with it and dont get discouraged. im planing on seeing a gain this week as well just because i had such an awful weekend but have been working really hard all week...we shall see what the damage is on friday when i weigh in.…
