The one exercise that will never ever fail you is Walking, Walking and more Walking...I have only lost 15 lbs but i try to stay away from gimmics or fad diets because after you lose you have to keep it off!....Good Luck!!!

HEY MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNAL IS OPEN TO MY FRIENDS!....and honestly i dont have a specfic workout regimen...i get so bored at the gym so for know i am just Walking ALOT, and Drinking ALOTT OF WATER(i actually love water), i try to stay under 1700 calories and the kool thing i do so that i will have something to look forward…
