That's exactly what I tell my clients...deduct 20% and you typically would burn 6-7 calories a minute on the elliptical...unless very overweight you would burn more....45 minutes on an elliptical at a somewhat challenging pace would net you around 400 calories maybe a littl emore depending on how hard you hit it

it doesn't have anything to do with it...but I think what could have been meant by that, is that when you do follow a clean eating plan, you tend to get hungry..often, especially if it's new..spreading out the calories helps with this...you wouldn't be able to really eat 2-3 times a day and achieve 1200-1500 calories…

You got it! lean meats, fresh/frozen fruit veg, whole grains..limit sugar, sodium....know where your food is coming from!!! It's a smart way to eat. If you're doing an 8 rep range, you should start to strugle on the 6th rep...7 and 8th should be super hard to do. I agree with a previous poster...I've tripled my wage from being in a private setting..working for fitness centers to working as head of the nutrition department in a hospital..with that came a more expensive car..more expensive trips...a nicer house...just makes me spend more...lol

You don't want to be skinny fat....thin girls who have muffin tops and flabby thighs despite the fact they weigh as much as a chiuahua...a little strength training goes a long way..and when you get to child bearing years and above the payoff is more then physical appeal

You should be eating what you like all the time.,...I don't get it!?? in moderation nothing is off limits..A plateau is a way of your body telling you the changes you've made were sucessfull and now your body has adapted, therefore you change..simple things, the kind of cardio, the weights/sets you lift

My two cents....eat every 2-3 hours, making sure you have protein at every meal...cut the refined sugar and crap out of your meal plan, stay hydrated, workout, cardio at least 40 minutes a day, preferably after you've done resistance training. Maybe you're getting enough from the food you're eating...I would only worry if when you use the restroom your urine is dark yellow and not clear/light...if it's dark, you're not getting enoug fluid...light and you're good to go, not everyone requires as much hydration as others.
