Thank you both! I got the cookbook and it has the instructions on how to make an on plan stock...I think I may go ahead and make that. I am just hoping I can get over this pretty quickly so I can see how I really feel while on plan! :-)

I have ALWAYS seen a change in the way that my clothing fit before I may see any real changes on the scale. It sort of seemes that "contents" would shift and my pants would become looser and then I may see a pound drop here and there....but the fact I would have to start digging out belts and buying smaller tops was way…

Hi all! New member as of today....nothing special about it...just decided that today will be the day. Tracked my food all day *shocked* and exercised and logged it all...wow!!! Hard to do but it will be so good!
