  • I just wanted to say THANK you for that suggestion! I never even thought about wraps.....all I was thinking was surgery and I really did not want to do that :) So thank you again!!
  • Find a gym that you will love to go to :) The classes are so important to and the women that you meet will probably be in those classses every week. Eventually, you will build a GREAT support system there to! I sure wish you the best of luck!!
  • Make sure to measure yourself before starting any workout routine or diet. The inches sometime shed faster than the pounds :) Best of luck!
  • The thing that helped me the most was water.....even getting those little crystal light packs helped when I was sick of drinking just water :) Also the first week and half of the second was the hardest for me.   • I actually saw the program on Dr. Phil one day. For me personally I have been working out like that 5 days a week for almost a year now. Some of the inches have came off but I have found it is mostly what in the heck you put in your mouth! I AM A SWEET ADDICT....I am trying to cut it out ..........well most of it out LOL…
