I cook my steel cut oatmeal over night in the crock pot with a little cinnamon, Chia seeds and dried goji berries. The next morning I add fresh blueberries, strawberries and bananas. Love it.

I don't eat any food that is bland. Just by adding garlic, or other seasonings (onions, basil, Italian seasoning, parsley, etc...) makes a world of difference in taste with no or little calories. There are a ton of healthy, tasty recipes on Pinterest.

You just squeeze the pod and eat the seeds inside, DO NOT eat the pods. The bag I bought is microwavable and you don't have to remove from the bag. I don't add salt because it is not needed they are great just the way they are.
