There are no hidden cost. It is a good gym if you are looking to do weights and exercise machines. It depends on what you want out of a gym. I was a member for years but changed gyms once I started training for a triathlon (I needed a pool for lap swimming).

You have to do what works for you. My guilty pleasure for my once a day coffee is French Vanilla creamer. I love it. I have reduced the amount I use so that is one good step in the right direction.

Pulp Fiction & Fargo Didn't like them at all. The book: Silver Lining Playbook is definitely better than the movie. The book explained so much more. The movie would be hard to follow if you didn't read the book.

Thank you for the advise amielou42 and boatsie77. It did take a long time to lose this weight and I like your suggestions of easing into maintenance, I think I'll be more accepting of it. I feel much better about this. : )

I eat almonds, rice roll or fruit. I drink a lot of water. I always have a jug of water at my desk. Sometimes I'll just chew gym if I have already had a snack.
