Agreed as well. I weigh myself once a month, but if that falls when I have my period - or expecting it - I skip it until I know it's over. The PMS, bloating, and mood swings are enough to handle! HAHA!

I'm about 10 lbs heavier than my bf. And yes, he knows my weight as well. For me, the scale is just a number. It may say 142 or 144 or even 150 at my highest, but he tells me I still look sexy to him. And to me that's all that matters.

Agreed. Fiber and protein enriched foods are best. Keeps me fuller longer and in my calorie range. Carbs can too, but they are easily used up and can make us want and eat more. Good job on the water! For me, I measure bust, waist, hips, thighs and arms. I take my measurements in the AM after my weigh in. Consistency is key.
