I will not miss: insecurity hating skinny women (not really hating but feeling very, very self conscious around them) big girl clothes getting winded bending over tying my shoes hating the way I look in pictures being winded walking up a flight of stairs ignoring mirrors granny panties Just to name a few.....

bean burritos are yummy and not loaded w/ fat or calories: whole wheat tortillas fat free refried beans salsa light sour cream avocado/lettuce/tomato 2% shredded cheddar Add the beans & cheese to the tortilla. Top w/ the rest of the ingredients. You can also add jalapenos, green onions....

50 minutes for a Zumba class is awesome! Think of all of the calories you burned in 50 minutes. I'm sure somewhere, in another Zumba class, there's someone more uncoordinated than you thinking the same thing. I do it in the privacy of my own home on my Wii, making sure my children and husband are not home and I'm still…

I see chili ingredients in there...meat, chili powder, tomato, beans and some additional seasoning. You could even make it w/ chicken for a lighter version. good luck girl!

I used to have the same attitude when I blew a meal. Only difference now is if I blow a meal, I only blow 1 meal. Have a light lunch and dinner to make up for it or have a normal lunch and dinner and chalk it up to a bad calorie day and vow to do better tomorrow. Maybe preparing ahead would help....?
