  • I got a little more sleep last night, but still not the full night. I wish I could take a nap, but there is just no time. Between work and carting the kids around I don't even get home until almost 8 pm most nights. I did get my workout in this morning and it felt good!

  • Another day of Core Cardio & Balance done! It's strating to get a little old, but only 2 days left then we move on to month 2 (I'm a little nervous). Sandy - great idea doing the fit test on Sunday, I was wondering how I was going to do both the workout and fit test Monday morning.

  • It's totally INSANE! The program is really heavy on the Cardio, which I need to work on :happy: I must say that I can't wait to get back to P90X, I really miss the variety that program offers.

  • I recently finished P90X and I had awesome results. P90X really isn't a weight loss program, but I lost 14 pounds and 14 inches.   • I was able to finish Power & Resistance with some modification to accomodate my sore glute/hamstring. The pain goes from my lower back to about halfway to my knee...I was doing some P90X Kenpo and after one of my back kicks I felt it.   • Pure Cardio finished this morning...was really not feeling it today, but I did it anyway. Of course 10 minutes in I was feeling better :happy: Jess - had a great time camping with the girl scouts, sleeping on ground leaves something to be desired. It was unseasonably cool here on Sat. night (got down to low 50's).

  • Did cardio circuit yesterday and then we were off to the amusement park for the rest of the day, didn't get home until late and I was too tired to post. Pure Cardio and Cardio abs this morning...feeling great. Time to hit the pool before running laps during cheer practice. Sarina
