  • http://21daybodymakeover.com/ I am currently on da y14 of this one. 2nd time I have done it. You don't have to starve or drink only shakes on this one. I lost 15lbs of fat the last time I did it and felt great as well. It is longer than most cleanses but I feel it is well worth it.
