I just started MFP going on 4 weeks as of this Friday. I started weightwatchers Feb 24, 2011. My loss has been extremely slow with WW, so I decided to join MFP to see if it'll regulate my losses. So far so good. To date, I've lost 24 lbs. I have just over 55 more lbs to go. Cant wait to be part of the success stories!

Lol, that's funny you have such a hard time with eggs. I personally love them. Eating egg whites is definitely better than eating a regular egg, it cuts down on the calories quite a bit! The past couple of days I've just been eating 3 egg whites. If you like mustard, you can always use that with them, makes them look like…

You shouldn't have to cook 2 meals. If your the cook of the house, cook something they all like, in a healthier version. Or..something else that would help is plan your meals around your dinner and have smaller meals for breakfast & lunch. There's no way I'd cook 2 meals a day.

that much weight in a year is amazing! i've been doing WW for a year as of Feb 24th, and I'm just down 23 lbs! .. Just recently joined MFP last week, so I'm hoping this will be the change I need!

and not to mention it promotes RAPID weight loss which isn't healthy ... I was looking at getting it too until I sat back and realized it's probably just another fad diet.

Just so I'm clear... My BMR is 1670 .. but in order for me to lose 1.5/lbs a week..I need to have a net of 1340. So I need to burn 330 calories a day assuming I eat 1670? .. if I don't plan on working out that day, then just consume 1340? or..in order for me to lose 2 lbs a week, I need 1200 cals, so I'd need to work off…

My husband is a coal miner, and his name there is Skinny (b/c he's super skinny). So it's quite fitting as I'm his wife, but yet I hope to be able to fit the part soon! Also 6/29 is when we were married. =]
