  • Welcome! I usually skip breakfast because I fast from 8p-12p. I got back into ketosis as of Monday morning by fasting sunday and eating better after a candy binge.   • You don't have to eat up to your calories. If you're not hungry, don't eat. If you're starving, reevaluate what you've had to eat. Find foods that are more filling.
