My back is killing me for the past few days, for a lack of being able to deserve it it feels weak, like a shooting back you get in your leg and you think it's gonna give out. I don't have insurance right now... so I can't go to the doc... I'm trying to rest it but I dunno how to fix it... any suggestions?
EDIT: And I do plan on going to see a doctor if it gets worse when we get paid on the 16th, but they require money up front at the clinic I can afford so I have to wait until then.. because we have no means right now.
We have tried (home) massages which usually help with a sore back from exercising but they haven’t done anything. I have been resting up for 2 days now, it’s not worse and it only comes every once in awhile every hour to a few hours, but it is sharp and painful when it does.
The only thing I can think of is my overexercising and running for an hour each day for 2 days straight caused it, because I can’t think of anything else since I never had it like this before.

Try taking some ibuprofen, if it's inflammed that will help it. Heating pad and rest usually cures mine. However I have 2 bulging discs and narrowing of my lower spine so I also take muscle relaxers when it flares up. You could always try a chiropractor thy I'll line you up if you're out of whack. Good luck, back pain sucks!0
