Looking for keto advice

So this afternoon I really wanted to eat a custard apple and went ahead. This put my carbs way out so to negate the percentages I then ate 60g walnuts with about 3 tablespoons of butter to try and balance things out a bit. This of course took my calorie count to wait up. My question is by doing this did I make matters worse? was this additional food wrong to do?

    I am not really on the Keto diet. But the only carbs I am consuming are Veggies. I cut out bread, fruit, potatoes, etc.

    Lost about 15 lbs in the last month. Fairly easy and I am not hungry. Eating mostly chicken, salad and vegetables. Cut out alcohol.

    Is that all you've ate for the whole day? Eat when hungry for today, make smart choices. Get back on track tomorrow. remember if you're doing keto, only berries are the lowest in carbs and it's recommended to wait about your 3rd or 4th week before implementing them back in. Good luck!
