Missing some calories, carbs, protein and fat.... what to eat?

Hi,

I am short 382 calories, 58 carbs, 8 fat, 13 protein and over slightly about 1 gram each on poly and mono fat. What would you recommend I eat?

    380 calories? I’d eat ice cream or a grilled cheese or avocado toast. Or maybe a hot chocolate. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

    Think of your protein as a minimum and don't worry about going over it, or the other macros. Eat what you want for your calories.

    Macros are important for satiety:
    1. I stay fuller longer if I have more protein (and fiber).
    2. People who do well on keto do so because they find fat satiating.
    3. People with certain medical conditions need to limit carbs, but since you didn't mention that, I'm assuming you are not one of them.

    You don't have to eat up to your calories. If you're not hungry, don't eat. If you're starving, reevaluate what you've had to eat. Find foods that are more filling.

    I have days like this and if I feel somewhat full I just end the day with less calories. A tuna fish sandwich will hit those calories right on.

    As long as the deficit created isn't too large and this isn't a consistent issue.

    Whatever you want...you don't have to hit your macros or anything, they're just generic defaults. You can't really be over on poly and mono fat as there is no formal recommendation.

    Macros are just a guideline, you don't need to hit them anywhere near exactly. I'd focus most on the protein, and otherwise just eat something you like.

    You don't have to eat up to your calories. If you're not hungry, don't eat. If you're starving, reevaluate what you've had to eat. Find foods that are more filling.

    Unless OP is already carrying a large deficit or this is happening often. Lots of us have to track specifically because our hunger signals are off. Coming in 380 cals under a calorie goal that already includes your deficit is not necessarily a great idea.
