I'm definitely not a full clean eater, and I love my snacks. I just found more lower calorie options for my snacking/ sweet tooth. So far I've lost 25 pounds since Janurary. I'm a it fits my calories person, but I find my new snacks aren't as bad compared to previous ones for sugar and what not.

You look amazing!

I don't have any suggestions other than keep up what your doing, and look where you came from....amazing!!!! Sometimes the scale won't move, but your body is changing.

I moved to Ripped in 30 by Jillian.

I was ready for a change. But don't change everything at once, start with small changes you can handle. Make this a lifestyle change with you eating things you love in moderation. As I've read here a lot, it didn't take a week to gain all the weight, so we won't lose the weight in a week. You have to want it! But you can…

You should be proud! You look awesome!

Great job! You look great!

Or recent. And if you have the same thing as the day before 'quick tools will let you copy that entire meal from the day before or a certain date.

I could be wrong but I don't think shakes are something that is recommended for breastfeeding mom's. You need to eat more than 1200 cals a day for your baby and for you to keep up. Eat more nuts, peanut butter, regular yogurt. Congrats on still bfing! :)

I've done 30 day shred and liked it (currently doing Ripped in 30, so far so good :) ). But I haven't heard much on Extreme Shed and Shred...I'd be interested to know too.

You will get plenty of posts that will help but my advice is eat back most of your exercise calories. When you signed up for MFP and filled out your stats it already gave you the amount if calories to eat, not including when you exercise.
-
How often are you working out? I'd suggest scale it back to a few days a week so you can get more sleep and see what happens!

I put to lose 1 pound a week when I started just over 200 pounds. My calorie goal is 1550, and I eat back most of my exercise calories. I honestly don't understand how you can eat only 1200 calories a day and be satisfied. Losing weight isn't as simple as we wish it would be. For example when I'm ovulating, I don't really…

I started 30 day shred when I was 200 pounds. I am around 177 pounds, and much stronger. Push through (but don't over do it, either). I couldn't do a real push-up when I started, but now I can do some :) I only worked out three times a week, and I did do level 2 and 3 longer than the usual 10 days.

I always leave calories for a snack at night. I wouldn't survive without them! :)

I somehow missed your message of the day yesterday. Thank you for this post....so true!

This thread makes never want to eat out again....
-
Feel free to add me! :)

As another Canadian...they are good...yum...

Eat the regular instead of the light version? It's only 35 cals...I love 'em!

You look amazing!

And lot of people have already said it. It's a lifestyle change. Moderation. Commitment. Wanting it bad enough. Also, once you do something for so long it becomes a habit, I don't even think twice about logging my food. Exercise should be like an appointment you can't miss. You can do it :)

I like this one!!! For me, it's plan. Don't wait until your hungry to find out what to eat.
-
For me, level 3 was when results came through. Are you measuring yourself? (have you been losing inches?) I haven't tried to look at your diary but for me staying within my cals (1550) helped.

Definitely a difference!!!! Great job!!!!

In my opinion, because your still getting up at night, your sleep is broken. You need 8 hours of Uninterrupted sleep. So, I'm kinda with your doctor. I never started to feel more rested until I started getting that uninterrupted sleep back.

I started out at 200 at the beginning of Janurary, and am now currently 177. You can do it, a lot of people on this Site have been there.

5 pounds in a month is amazing! :) Congrats!

I think I'm the only one that got that...hehehe
