Are you exclusively pumping? Or only pumping when your at work? If you exclusively pumping, pumping Mom's can easily start to lose supply. Stress can also be a factor. Gatorade and steel cut oats are things that can help boost supply.

HI! I just had my second baby March 19th. I wish I could be outside by the weather is still awful where I live! I lost over 20 pounds after having baby, but I got about 30 to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Then an additional 20 for what my main goal was. Feel free to add me!

I'm currently bfing a 6 and a half weeks old.I decided it's time to come back to my fitness pal. I'm here and anyone can add me!

For me, since it's usually only once a week I usually just enjoy it. It's a treat (not cheat). If I eat out more than that, I just stick within my calories, or swap the fries for a salad. I'd rather eat at home.

Your on the wrong website for your age. Try spark teens :)

Weight loss isn't linear (I know we all wish it did). I was stuck for about 3 weeks and now I'm looking at the scale in disbelief (went from being stuck to 3-4 pound loss). We just need to keep our healthier habits, because it will pay off :)

There are specific HRM's for this purpose. Bodymedia or a fitbit for example. But, not a regular one.

The best way to determine if you need more water is your pee. If it's dark yellow you need it, very light yellow your good. Dark yellow is a sign of dehydration. I find this also helps if I think I'm hungry. You don't NEED 8 glasses of water, you need to be hydrated.

Opps..triple posted due to website being slow...

If you pay close attention everytime they pick up weights its always the 3lb ones. (I haven't seen level 4 yet, though ). I know at one point doing cross over crunches (I don't know the proper name), She says if you don't feel it, use a heavier weight. So, that's what id suggest if you find a move easy, move up in weights…

You look amazing! Thanks for the motivation!

After having a baby, the same things we did to lose weight don't always work (eg eat what we want and workout). Logging, measuring and weighing your food will be great things to start, even if your going over. If you log your exercise calories without a heart rate monitor, the estimates here can be high, so I always…

As already said, this is a common issue. To encourage you, for me I've lost over 30 pounds (got about 20 more at least to go). And hubby gets lucky more often because I feel great. He still wanted it even when I didn't like myself. If your hubby wasn't interested, he wouldn't be. Stop belittling yourself in front of him…

Congratulations on your weight loss success, and maintaining through a difficult part of your life. You are awesome!

You always need to give lifestyle changes more than a week. 1) eat more calories. I weigh a couple pounds more than you and my calorie goal is 1500. 2) weigh/measure your food ( are you also sure of the calories you ate while eating out? It can be very deceiving! ). 3) Give it time

Bump! I love to bake!

I log everything. I'm not the greatest eater at time's but I'm honest and am losing weight.

Try amazon!

I'm 5'4, 28 and eat 1500 calories than plus exercise calories and lose at least a pound a week. So, it's totally okay to eat 1300 cals and lose weight :)

People can't help you properly if you won't share the important info. Good luck on your journey.

For eating, not so much because I still get my treats and what not. For exercising, how often are you working out? Are you feeling burnt out? Maybe scale back a day for a couple of weeks. I normally workout 3 days a week (not including getting out for a walk with my toddler on nice days). So, for me, I feel it's less…

I just eat less and eat at home 95% of the time. I've cut back on pop and a few other things simply because of calories, but their not cut out of my life for good.

I workout during naptime, or after bedtime for my toddler. I need consistency for me to workout, and with my hubby's work schedule it won't happen. I also have wasted money on a membership I barely used. I miss some of the weight machines and would love to go. But, I've never felt stronger doing Jillian Michaels at home.…

Everyone is different in weight loss. It also depends on how much you have to lose. Some weeks you lose, some weeks you don't. Weight loss isn't linear. But, it did take a little longer than five days of logging to start to see results. You will, but everything takes time.

Congrats! I just hit this a few weeks ago myself! It's a great feeling! When my wii fit told me I was overweight I was excited, wii fit always told me I was obese! ( for all the 4.5 years I owned it lol).

For me, I know I will have to keep it up. When I hit maintenance I will for at least 6 months to a year, and then try and maybe log a few times a week to keep me in check. I know it's something I need to keep around to keep me in check, seeing how many calories I have left puts things into perspective on food…

Are you near time of the month? Most people will say day to day weighing isn't a good idea. I do it, but I don't stress about it and look at the overall loss of the week. Weight easily flucates.

Most scales should let you zero out. I have a starfrit? (?) one from walmart, love it.
