How soon??

I know there are different factors involved in loosing weight and everyone's body is different. But I just wanted to know how long did it take to lose your first few lbs after logging consistently. I have only been logging consistently for 5 days now ( been off and on before that) and just want to know what I should be aware of.

My diary is open and could use some suggestions for improvement. Thanks in advance!

    Everyone is different in weight loss. It also depends on how much you have to lose. Some weeks you lose, some weeks you don't. Weight loss isn't linear.

    But, it did take a little longer than five days of logging to start to see results. You will, but everything takes time.
