For myself, I am setting my goals as I go. Sometimes short-terms will help you see the light. I only have myself set for 34 pounds to lose, but I have at least 50 to lose. It's about changing your lifestyle instead of just a diet to lose weight. You can do this...there are so many sucess stories here!

Most people log it as circuit training, general. I am on level 2 of 30 day shred. Much better than day 1,but still hard. I love it! There are lots of success posts of 30 day shred here for ladies wondering. It's one of my motivations to keep going.

You can get Zumba for wii, and you can choose your class lengths. Someone suggested interval...maybe try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred? It's only 20 minutes, and available on YouTube.

Day 2 of level 2 today was rough (but better than day 1) . I love how I feel after a workout! Isn't it amazing? (when you catch your breath lol) .

I'm on the moderation train, but I also have found different, more lower calorie ways to eat the type of food I want. So I might not eat that chocolate bar anymore, but I find a way to have my chocolate and love it just as much.

I'm with you! I'm the biggest person in the bridal party. But, I also want to lose weight to be healthy. I got till September. We should have a group!

If your referring to people say 30 day shred, level 1, etc its because there are different workouts on one dvd, and each level gets harder.

It's easier to give up on a diet. As everyone else said, it needs to be a new lifestyle. I don't know if anyone recommended this yet, but measure yourself. Your body will change faster than the scale. Find healthy foods you love, and exercises you love. Change won't happen overnight, but it will happen. View the Success…

That is a lot of water. I drink about 2 liters a day, I can't imagine 7.

I am just moving on to level 2. I can see a difference in my arms and waist (and I've been losing weight). It is tough at first, and when your comfortable, that's when you move up and be challenged again. Totally go for it!

Use the my recipes section, you can add in all the individual ingredients, figure out how many people it serves and volia! It saves it for you, and easy to enter in your diary.

And friend of mine ate 1550 cals a day and lost 100 lbs in 10 months. So, it's not safe to assume these people ate 1200 cals a day.

Dinner is usually my biggest meal. When I have a light dinner I'm usually starving all night and end up eating more than I should.
