Spending lots of calories on vegetables. Not fruits!! The veggies make all the difference. Oatmeal for breakfast rather than processed cereals. stews are great... because the meat flavor will infuse into the vegetables.. :) and it will be filling so you don't have to eat a large amount... and it'll be healthy. I actually like soups better, the thinner broth fills you up but it still has all the flavor!

That is soo true!! I couldn't believe one small little egg was keeping me full for so long!

Vegetables... loading on them... so I feel full and less carbs and protein... :) I love my exercise bike and this other machine that I have no name for... but it helps with upper body strength!!! I used to have flabby arms even when I was petite and small... but now I have MUSCLE!!!! :D

And I find that exercising is better than lowering calories. It seems to be the easier of the two.

Eat more... :) I happen to lose a little more when I eat well and exercise. Eating less makes your body hold on to the fat. You don't want that.. so eat, so your body will be like " I'm not starving so I don't need to hold on to this fat"

My nutrition professor said that vigorous exercise helps. And if you do vigorous exercise you don't have to do it for hours either. Apparently 1 minute of vigorous training = 2 minutes of moderate exercise.. so try and step it up. That's what I have been doing.. and it helps a lot.. :)
