  • I use Get Running and love it.
  • I also make oatmeal in the microwave in the morning and top it with fresh fruit. I put it in a paper bowl so I can eat it in the car. When I run out of oatmeal I eat dry cereal (Kashi), a piece of fruit, and greek yogurt in the car. :)

  • I live in AZ and am cold all the time, even in the summer. After some research I realized that being cold all the time is a symptom of hypothyroid, which I have. I have to take a sweater or jacket with me everywhere, even to go out to eat or to the mall in the summer!
  • I hate to say this, but I think the trainer was just telling you that to make a sale. In my experience, some of the trainers can be pretty sketchy and they are just trying to get you to sign up. If you do decide to get a trainer, make sure their motivation is pure- to help you! Hope this helps! Good luck!
