Great post! You inspire me. I began around the same time you did and have lost sixteen pounds so far. I am recovering from a serious leg/ankle break from last July(13 screws, 2 plates in my ankle). That being said I am working out every day(elliptical, bike and weight machines) and am grateful that I am getting stronger…
