I love it. I've added it to my normal gym routine. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now, and have lost nearly 2 lbs a week. I look like an *kitten* doing some of it, though, because I am most DEFINITELY not a dancer or very coordinated. It's still fun, though!

Anything Punk Goes Pop, especially volumes 2 and 5. Lights Out by Breaking Benjamin is definitely my rage song for workouts, though.
