I make a smoothie if I REALLY want something sweet. Today I used 3/4 cup of vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup of blueberries, and 1 cup of spinach. I look like a hot mess in the gym. I'm not there to look great, but to get a badass workout. Don't worry about what you look like, just concentrate on what you're doing. If anyone has time to talk about what you look like, then they're there for the wrong reason.

My last pregnancy and a horrible case of PPD. It wasn't until this past January that I felt good enough to work off the pregnancy weight, which by that point I had been carrying around for 1.5 years. All the weight is gone, so now I'm focusing on toning up.
