    4446 under my goal. It wouldn't have been as notable if I hadn't burned about 2200 helping a friend with a lot of heavy furniture move house.

    its 60 cardio 40 strength but ill admit im a bit obsessive over it its hard to take a break in fear i may go back to old ways

    Strength training everyday is not going to produce results.
    Muscles grow at rest,if you're strength training everyday it's not gonna happen.
    Good for you!
    But that much cardio isnt necessary.
    You could save 30 minutes everyday by reducing calories by 250-300
    Per day?
    Whatever works for you though. Good job! :)
