I'm 5'7" med/lg frame. Started out at 162, was pretty chunky. Now I am at 141, which is good, but I would like to be 135-140

I am 5'7" 146lbs...BMI says I'm in the healthy range, but I would like to get down to at least 140. I have been stuck at 146 for a couple wks and I am getting super frustrated.

I want to weigh a little less than I did in HS...I was around 145...I'm 148 at the moment. I would be happy at 140 which is what I was 5 yrs ago.

Count me in again! Weight today 150.6! Aug 30 145.6 I wasn't able to post my July results, but I met my goal. I lost 5.9lbs!

One cheat day will not ruin your diet. Just workout a little more than usual after. I have a cheat day every so often, and I have lost 12lbs so far.

I work 7p-7a shift 4 nites/wk. I usually have a slimfast shake on the way home from work, or weight control oatmeal w water. It works for me.
