Seventeen years ago, I was hit by a car and sustained immediately life-threatening injuries and was in a coma for weeks. Head damage, brain trauma, multiple compound fractures, etc. Wasn't supposed to survive. Wasn't supposed to come out of the coma three weeks later with an intact, functional brain. Docs were amazed at my…

My books are all out on Kindle (except for one). Mine are suspense, with elements of the paranormal. "Glass" is more forensics oriented, "Omens" is more paranormal oriented, and "Level Heads" is perfect for anyone who likes "Twilight Zone" - it's a compilation of stories with bizarre or unexpected endings. I hope you try…

I couldn't name one of her songs, but it is sad to see someone pass at such a relatively young age ...

I am so sorry these jackwads crossed your path. I have to admit that in my youth, I might have been one of them. "Fat chick" jokes were funny. But I've grown up. I've learned and I have great empathy for people. I feel bad for things I have said and done in the past, but we all can relate to that. Hopefully, those jackwads…

I keep my friends list pretty short and cycle it often. I want to be able to write and respond to people on my list rather than have a long list that I can not maintain or give adequate attention to.

I work from home often. Because I do not have my 38-mile commute, I have time to do my treadmill before I log in. Also, I can lay a board over my treadmill handles and put my laptop on it if reading or doing research....

Didn't work for me, but good luck!

I have all DVD box sets of the tv series "24." I have started them at the beginning and am working my way through. Did more than 100 miles on the treadmill just watching half of the first season alone. Shows like that are good because they always have a cliff-hanger ending, leaving you wanting more, so I look forward to…
