I did Day 10 of level 3 of the shred last night! That means I finally completed it I guess, I still feel like I need to do it again without the 4 day break from 3rd degree sunburn and 5 day vacation break ....will post pics soon, I see a slight difference but not as much as I had hoped, maybe one more round straight…

Girl we all go through it, thing is you have to overcome it and not give into it for an extended period of time. I did not workout 2 days last week, I ate pizza Friday night and had ice cream on Sunday...but this is a new week , my slate is clean!

You have to let yourself enjoy your time with friends, but 3 weeks is a big deal and a long time so you will definitely have to be mindful of what you eat, I know it is so hard when away ! I know from experience how hard the no smoking thing is, but it's good that you have something else to focus on (fitness) it makes it a little bit easier :) I did Day 9 of level 3 of the shred lastnight, went over my steps and my water goal and my calories were on point :)

Even if you have to set it to private , Wether you log it or not you're still eating it .....you're not cheating anyone but yourself girl! 1200 cals is way too low for all the lifting you're doing OMG I'd be hurting people! Just finished day 7 of Level 3 of 30 Day Shred, too bad you couldn't see the sweat dripping off my head lol I went over my 10k step goal, drank more than my 8 cups of water and stayed below my calories :)

Got my steps in, exceeded water goal and did day 4 of Level 3 of 30DS yesterday ! Man am I sore after taking a week off ! But the water weight I gained while on vacation seems to be com I ng off quickly and easily, 1 more pound to go lol

Yesterday my eating was on point, I did day 9 of level 2 of the shred and my new fitbit charge hr came in the mail ! *happy dance* everything pre-logged and planned foodwise through Friday and my macro percentages are all on point! yay!
