Does anyone use Naturethroid AND cytomel? I know it has the T4 and T3 but is anyone adding a little more T3 with cytomel?

I'm new to MFP also. I love this site and think it will help me a lot. HOW did you lose 72 lbs. in 6 months?! That is fantastic! I need to lose about 60.
