I'm a bit late. 6/22/12 Starting weight: 170lbs I know with inches lost lbs start to fall off but my objective is more so inches lost. I think I have to put in alot of exercise to acheive that, so what ever lose I get I'm happy. Long time coming!

I use Gold Standard- Vanilla Ice Cream. I blend it with low fat milk, 1/2 banana, and 1 scoop and you can't tell protein even in it. I first tried it with almond milk no banana and no blend, that wasn't good at all. Yes, it's also been said to just mix in water but I haven't tried that yet.

With persistancy I will get better! This weight lost thing ain't a easy thing to do for most. I'm in the same boat now, i've kinda gotten to the I don't care stage. I did one 30min shred on Wed. and that workout kicks butt. I am so sore (mostly my legs) to the fifth power, I gave it a rest yesterday and i'm going to try it again today. If you stick with it from the feel of it you can only have success.

Does anyone know how many calories you can burn in an hour of Zumba? There is nothing listed under exercise to calculate calories burned.

It's held at the gym I attend, I did the class once and I couldn't keep up. It's very fast paced and it really works your mid area.
