Just started this recently and I just love the feeling I have afterwards. It's a great start to the day. It also works better for me, do it and if I can't workout in the evening at least I got the early morning in. I love it!

Most of us women aren't confident or comfortable in our own bodies, for what ever reason it might be. Still gives no right to be nasty to one another but it happens. Example as to why we must be sure of who we are and not look to others for what they have because we are all made differently.
