Try a piece of dark chocolate (70 % Cacao or higher) It should definitely satisfy you and not ruin your day!! Hot chocolate is also a great fix for TOM Chocolate cravings!!

I would love to have a group that is dealing with the same type of weight loss as me!! This is great! My little guy was born at the end of August. So he is 5 months and a bit:). I have about 15 lbs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and about 5 or so vanity lbs after that!

Personally I track EVERYTHING as well! A calorie is a calorie! :)

I agree with re-allocating your calories. I know that I am going to want an evening snack so when I plan out my day I always have a snack logged for the evening....then I don't over eat at dinner and I know that I have a snack later (plus I am usually up fairly late so there is no mindless eating ;)

Hi Kelly! Welcome to MPF! I am 26 years old and too am losing baby weight, my little guy is 5 months old and I have about 20 lbs to lose. I have lost 15 lbs while on MPF this time around. YOU can do this !!

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you....I rarely eat any of my exercise cals (but that is just me :)

Those last ten pounds are always the hardest! Definitely stick with it!! As far as eating your exercise calories that is a heated debate on MPF....If you are using the MPF exercise estimation of calories burned through exercise they may be over estimating. You may want to try eating just half the calories and see if that…

Look at it this way~if you are set up to loose a pound a week then you have a 500 calorie deficit for each day (equalling up to 3500 cals a week, which is one pound). So 22 cals is really nothing in the grand scheme of things (AND being under by 100 yesterday makes it so you are really adding and extra 78 calorie deficit…
