I am training for a half marathon so I definitely think taking a week off of working out would help - I don't have the ability to do that while staying on schedule HOWEVER I do think interval training would help switch up my routine Currently I run three to four times a week - 3 to 5 miles each time at around a 9min mile…

I believe so! My BMR is 1429 without moving and my doctor even said with how my cardiovascular system is it would probably be 1500 sedentary. With that said TDEE is 1708 at my desk job and I eat up to 1700 on work out days when my TDEE would be 2206....i just don't know!! I think changing up my eating (I tend to get into…

I ate a sensible dinner and did use the bathroom before weighing myself. I made it a point to put my skinny work pants on to make myself feel better and to avoid…

i do LOVE trader joe's as it is and noticed how great their selection of GF products are. Their Lentil Chips are actually really delicious and I don't mind Udi's Whole Grain GF bread when I need it. Thanks for all of the advice!! Do you steer clear of the products that even mention the "may be produced in manufacturing…

thanks everyone!! I'm trying to be as strict as possible for right now and will see what the other tests come up as. I don't have a huge reaction to wheat which is why I'm very curious about the degrees of intolerance! I knew about the french fries but thank you for the tip - mostly i'll miss marinades and sauces at thai…

As of right now i want to say cross contamination will not be an issue - unless these tests come back with celiacs - which I have taken 2 in the last 2 years that say it is negative I only get the symptoms of bloating, gas, and abdominal pain sometimes in the afternoon after eating and could never pinpoint why. I didn't…
