protein snack ideas
anyone have any good high protein snack ideas? my numbers have been very low lately! I'm trying to stay away from artificial protein bars and find it through real foods - any advice would be great!!! Although I do love Quest protein bars but I have been overdoing it lately!

fitness tracker!
Which do you think is the best fitness tracker? Fit bit? Up? Polar? I really want something that will track boot camp / running / and yoga calories which i know is difficult because most only measure steps. Polar just came out with a band too that can be paired up with a heart monitor which could be cool! Any suggestions???
