body fat percentage blues

So i just went to the doctors for a physical and he tested my body fat percentage with this breathing system - breath normally into a machine for 8min and it calculates body fat, metabolism, BMR etc - it is pretty cool but I think i'm in good shape - i work out 5 to 6 times a week including yoga, kickboxing, and running. I eat very well and try to limit sweets and never drink soda or have junk food except occasionally. I'm female, 26, 5'5" 135lbs with 34-26-37 measurements and apparently 27.8% body fat!!!! I'm so upset and frustrated - does anyone have any suggestions on how to lower that percentage?? I do want to lose a few lbs and firm up but I didn't think i'd be that bad!!! If you calculate body fat online based on measurements it says I'm only around 23-24%.

gaaaah help!!! I know my main goal is to do more weight training because I know that is better with fat burn. Thanks!
