too much fruit?

So I am pretty much a creature of habit. I have oatmeal in the morning, a salad for lunch and change it up at dinner but try to keep the carbs down. I'm realizing my carbs keep hitting 200 or over based on my fruit consumption! Is this a huge problem if I'm balancing it with fats and protein? I try to get 100grams of protein a day so it ends up being about 50% carbs, 27% protein, and 23% fats.

I am trying to lose weight and find it challenging but is too much of good fruits really a bad thing?!?! Isn't it calorie intake over calorie output that means the most? Any advice would be great

Your body breaks things down into the catagories the fall, thats why fruit is counted as such. I personally don't believe there's a thing as too much fruit.

I think fruit is great! I just wish it had fewer calories. There are some that are lower on the glycemic index than others.

I'm trying to stay under 180 carbs a day which can be challenging because I usually eat blueberries at breakfast and an apple every lunch. Apples have a lot of carbs! I decided to keep my fruit and cut back on other carbs. At lunch I just roll up turkey instead of putting it on bread and for dinner I have eliminated a side potato, rice, etc.. I save my carbs for fruit and a treat after dinner!
