^^ This! Except I carry a Keltec .32 or an XD .45. Defensive tactics and Jujitsu are my first options. :)

This is a common attitude of victims, regardless of what country you live in. I train with my concealed weapon. The only negative I can see is not being prepared to defend myself or others regardless of the threat. I'd rather be a Lion then a Lamb.

I almost always have my .32 or my .45 on me. Better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it. It doesn't matter if I'm on a mountain trail, running around the neighborhood, running with a friend in a bigger city or just headed to dinner. After having worked in law enforcement for many years I found that…

Everything in moderation is always a good saying. What I ask myself is "Am I injured or am I hurt?" If I'm not injured then I'll still exercise but I'll either take it easy or work something un-related to what's hurting.

Great progress. Keep up the hardwork!
-
Huge difference! One suggestion though. On progress pics try to take the picture in the same clothes in the same location with the same stance. It'll help it become much more noticeable.

I do if I've put real effort into it. I'm fairly certain that if I'm sweating and catching my breath after 45 minutes of "aerobic activity" I've earned the calorie burn. :)

Definitely look at BF% then total weight. When I first started losing weight I had set my goal weight as 205 lbs. I've lost a total of 44 lbs and had a body fat check done. My non fat mass is 200 lbs... Well, unless I want to lose a lot of that muscle I've worked on gaining 205 is not a realistic goal weight for me. I've…

I agree with ^^. I recently saw some photos of a friend in her strapless wedding dress. She has half sleeves and she looked absolutely stunning.

Thanks for the responses and birthday wishes. It's motivating to read them.

You both look great. Great job to you both! Keep up the hard work.
-
That's awesome!!

Thanks for the response. :) I'm pretty sore today. I'm having to ice elbows and wrists but it was definitely worth it.
-
Thank you. :)
-
Haha that's great!

Motivating video. That brings back a lot of memories!

This is very entertaining while drinking my whiskey and sour. Thank you! :)

I use Endomondo Sports Tracker to track all of my exercise. It also tracks via gps. I like that it gives me a running total for the work out, the day, week, month and year.

Great thinking! Great post! Keep it up and remember you never know how even your tiniest successes can affect those around you.
-
Thank you! It has definitely been tough to get my net calories up and still eat clean. I aim for 6 meals daily and that has helped a ton.
-
I was eating no more then 2200 a day yet burning between 600-1000. I swim... a lot. :) I was at a complete stall on weight loss/fat loss. I didn't lose inches or have any change in exercise performance. I was completely exhausted and only kept up my exercise through sheer will power. I was stalled for 2 months. During that…

http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc Here is a calculator I use to figure out my burn for other exercises not listed by MFP. Then I just make a custom exercise and input my calories. Or if you have a Heart rate monitor use that. :)

In case you want to try eggs but not scrambled. 6 egg whites, 1 cup Spinach 1/2 avacado (diced) 1/2 tbs Hot Salsa Make into an Omelette. Super super tasty. You can top with a little shredded cheese or leave as is. 8g of carbs and 34g of Protein without cheese.

Wowza! Keep up the work. You look great!

I don't see it listed on Netflix but Pumping Iron is a great docudrama about weight lifting. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pumping_Iron

I manually control and calculate my calories from the same pages.

The forcing "normalization" of the arches does cause the arches to rise and in turn align, the foot, knees, hips and back. It's pretty huge what flat arches affects.
-
From somebody with flat feet I had all kinds of pain during the initial "break in" period of my body getting used to the new arch support. It sounds like an inflamed tendon, something I will always have after a serious ankle injury in 99'. I'm no Dr. but I can tell you Ice is your best friend. I personally would see if ice…
