I will probably do something basic like the water challenge first and then we can move into harder challenges. I can let you all pick a challenge everyweek or you all can just start naming some off and I will keep track of them.

Not sure where you ordered yours from but I live overseas and ordered mine from Amazon and got it in like a week. Also not sure what you mean by injured wing but I am sure you can modify the routine to your needs. You usually use 3 lbs weights but can omit that if you need to or do not have them. Ok everyone thanks for joining in! Even though most of us have put our weight we will use our weight on Thursday as our start weight for this goal. I will put all our info in an excel spreadsheet to keep track of start weight, goal weight and total weight lost (during our group).

I have done the video several times. It is pretty good especially for a short video. I only do it 3 days a week usually cause I get cardio at the gym 5 times a week and weights 3 times a week. Well I was cleaning cause I was supposed to fly home today but now I am on the verge of an emotional binge. The only thing stopping me is we threw out all our food since we will be gone over 3 weeks. I would kill for a donut or a pretzel or cookies right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Water intake really helps. I was slacking before I gave the water challenge. I had been drinking a lot of sweet tea and I was starting to feel different. Now that I have stopped of limit myself to one glass a day I feel much better and had no problem losing that 1 lb I had gained.

OK I am weighing in 1 lbs down. SO I am back where I was since last week I had gained 1 lb due to AF visiting. I like the fruit and veggie challenge. I usually eat more than my alloted but I think so many people do not get enough. It is great cause they fill you up and are pretty low in calories.

100 crunches, ouch I can feel the pain. I am up 1 lb from last week. AF was supposed to get here two days ago so I am guessing it was that and the fact we were out all weekend and didn't eat super healthy. All is well I am just hoping to move the other direction next week.
