I've had 30DS for about four months now and only used it no more than six times. After seeing all these amazing results, I'm starting tomorrow and I plan to stick with it. Keep up the good work everyone!

Good job ladies!!! My goal was for 1,500. Mon.....Treadmill.. 215 cals Tues....Treadmill ..210 Wed...TurboFire & Treadmill...648 Sunday....Treadmill/Cleaning/Outside activity...522 1595 with 95 exceeded. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday are also my days for my pushups/situps challenge but I didn't count the calories.

I didn't stick to any of my goals last week, I had bronchitis. I'm ready to get back into the swings of things. It's getting close to the end and and I really need to step it up. I'm making a commitment to do 30 day Shred and up my water intake.

I've kinda fell off the bandwagon too, I've had a cold since last week and it's still hasn't gotten better. I did watch what I ate, but no excercise, except for walking on campus.
