My daughter is 4 and will choose oatmeal over anything including dessert. I made it for her last week and she was poking at it. I asked her how it was and she said "not as good as mommies but its ok daddy you'll learn" hahaha just had to share that. Her favorite is with honey and cinnamon or with a mix of berries and honey.

Not trying to sound pious but I never thought about an end. I just want to be fit again really bad. My goal is to fit in my dress blues again so my wife seeing me in those will be my reward.

When I had cereal or oatmeal or some other "healthy breakfast" I was starving by 10:30 so I have a snack and then hungry again by noon. With the breakfast I eat now I am good to go until 1 or 1:30 before eating again. But there is something wrong with my system and carbs not sure what it is.
