I underestimated with meats 4oz was actualy 6-8oz. And I overestimated with cup size by about half. I was shocked how much 1 cup of rice was I probably was really eating about half a cup.

I didn't finish my dinner last night. Went out with my friends to a Mexican restaurant and usually I over eat when I am not paying attention. But for the first time that I can ever remember I didn't finish my food. That a NSV for me.

I have noticed the same thing I am not complete GF but I avoid wheat and only have it on occasions. had lots of wheat last night and felt horrible all evening. It was a good reminder why I avoid it. Glad this is working for you.

That is very true, not all people work the same. Carbs give me to much of a rush in to short of a time leaving me feeling depleted. Really!? good for you then. Does not have that affect on me when I lift. If I have a bunch of sugar before I lift I feel shaky and cant lift as long. If I have some eggs or turkey I left much better. Our bodies are all different wish I could have the sundae before lifting.

Just giving my experience not telling anyone to go cut carbs completely or anything. Just saying carbs for me in the morning was really bad and has a bad affect on me and I had no idea until I cut them out. She said she was having trouble loosing weight this may or may not be the problem.
