Those little applesauce or fruit cups. You can get a lot of them now that have no additional sugar added. They range around 50-90 calories each.

Bump...I love spaghetti squash, but I never know what to do with it outside of just eating it with salt & pepper! Now I have a ton of ideas :)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Put frozen chicken breast in a pan, sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the top of them Cover the pan with tin foil and bake for 45 min. Remove the tinfoil and bake for another 15 min. Yum!

I've had a fitbit for about a month now. I usually don't eat back the calories that it adds to my account here. I tend to use the fitbit website to track some things and MFP to track some other things. So far it seems to be working for me to stick to the MFP calories and use the fitbit to montitor my activity levels.
