Whole Foods, mostly plants That's the only list you need, imo :-)

It's not an alternative religion since it's not a religion at all. I look at it as an alternative TO religion.
-
I don't randomly scream at anyone. My family is all religious and I leave them to it. If it helps them feel better then go for it. To answer that second question, as long as I'm being left alone I leave others alone. I do personally think religion has a lot to do with some (NOT ALL) wars. And even though it helps people…

Atheist since birth <3 Not a "hipster atheist" either. I've honestly never even heard of that.

Is it just the two of them planning to meet up? That doesn't seem quite right, but what do I know? I don't know her intentions. I wouldn't feel comfortable meeting with a guy unless there were others with us. One of my ex's brought his children over to my house one day before he went overseas. I was fine with it as I knew…

Your body may be adjusting to the diet change. Sometimes when people add more fruits and veggies to their diet it can throw them off for a bit.
-
You look great!

You look fantastic!

Virginia, USA :-)

I don't think I will be, ever... I have hated my body since elementary school.
-
ME! I'll message you :-)

I'm more wanting to lose inches than weight but here is my info. I'm wanting to thin and tone my butt area (thighs, and hips included!) and I have about 3-5lbs left to lose.
-
I wish I had some amazing before and after pictures but I'm forever working on that area. I saw something the other day that said your gap is determined by your build. If you have wider hips, you can get a gap, but if you're more narrow you probably won't see that gap :-(

You look fantastic! Yet another plant based success story! I absolutely love seeing those :-) I've been vegetarian since 2008 and vegan since 2011. I love it!

No I didn't to a friend

I get what you are saying. Mostly guys who are friends with boobs, lol! I've seen a few guys who send me requests who seem to be friends with lots of revealing ladies. They don't want to be friends with people because they're nice, or supportive, they want to be friends with them because they're hot.
-
It happens... I just assume they only want to be my friend because I look a certain way. But you never know, maybe they just prefer the support of women (we're pretty good at it.) I personally get along with guys better. My husband probably doesn't like that, but it's how I've always been.

I have three boys and have always been able to find time to workout. Whether it's 10 minutes here and there or full workouts. When I don't get the opportunity during the day, my husband watches them so I can get a workout in after dinner. If not then... I workout after they go to bed.

I think what you might be focusing on in these pictures could be easily fixed. Take off those shorts. Elastic waist is going to make almost anyones tummy pudge out. That being said. I think you should go for it. Easier said than done I know. I'm debating on wearing a bikini this summer. My stomach is a ridiculous mess of…

Eat fresh whole foods, mostly plants. Drink lots of water. Watch your sodium intake. Don't count calories unless you think you're eating too much. But 1200 may be fine for you. It depends on your body, metabolism and daily activity.
-
I'm 27 so I guess I'm closer to being out of my 20's now, lol
-
Very well could be water weight. Drink tons of water!
-
DIet is going to be about 80% of your weight loss. So be sure you are eating a healthy diet. Don't do the no carb stuff, that's silly. Eat whole foods, mostly plants. Drink LOTS of water. At least 8 full glasses of ice water a day.
-
Celery. Waste! lol And corn isn't technically a vegetable.
-
I eat chocolate like crazy! Look for Chocolove Sea Salt and Almond bar. I think if you eat awesome the rest of the month and have a few bits of chocolate during this time you'll do alright. Just keep up with the healthy eating for 90% of your day and drink loads of water.
-
I think I already replied to this... or one just like it. I want both :-)

I listened to everyones advice while I was pregnant. I ate what I wanted because according to them it was okay and I'd lose so much weight after giving birth. I went home 5lbs heavier than when I went in. It took me 6 months to lose 20lbs, which is what I was told I'd lose within those first few weeks. My whole family is…

I eat avocado multiple times a week. YUM!
