  • Are you ready to try free weights? That has been the best change for me, because you can start at whatever level is right for you at the time, you can work up gradually, and there are endless variatious to keep the body challenged. If free weights interest you, I would say get some help if you are unsure of how to start.
  • Whether you go for it or not, be sure to devote some time to good self care tomorrow. Get some exercise and drink plenty of water!

  • I don't know if it could be called a fad, but it seems like I see lots of kids eating Flamin' Hot Cheetos and drinking those colorful high fructose corn syrup things.
