If you can find it in your calories. Drink a glass of Chocolate milk to help with the lactic acid buildup and soreness. I find it to be one of the best recovery drinks you can get. Don't do skim, you want a little bit of the fat. 1 or 2% will work.

5' 160 SW headed down to 120 You have to take in to account your muscle mass as well as your frame size. At 120 I wore a size 3 and at 160 I wear a 12. I have a larger frame with barrel chest and broad shoulders. Try finding a site and checking your wrist size with the charts to see what might be a better fit for you…
