I also find core work is helping my back immensely. PT guided. Also, pool core work and stretching are great too. Massage, Mobic only when I need it. I also have DDD and a mild herniated disk. Biggest thing is to be patient with the exercises and follow all the guidance your PT gives you.

I have been using it for the past two months and never felt better! Lost 21 lbs so far. I log my food faithfully, check my blood pressure (which has decreased to a healthy number) and am monitored by a specialist.
