I have found it takes a couple days to "detox" . Just like stopping caffeine cold turkey it takes a while because we have become accustomed to feeling a certain way. I think it take a few for the liver to work it all out! Now if you do have a tasty beverage you will feel the difference the next day.

Last summer I trained for two half marathons which I finished happy to say! I gained weight leading up to each race because I never changed my eating/drinking habits. I am sure that the amount of extra calories that I consumed were a big factor in that weight gain. I am looking forward to seeing the changes when I stay…

Honestly ! And my eldest is only in 6th grade, he is going to surpass my knowledge base in the next year! But the good thing is fractions FINALLY make sense :happy:

I usually miss it the most during my son's homework time :grumble: But I have found that a nice cup of hot tea does the trick! This looks like a good place for me to be ! can't wait to fit in my jeans again!

i'm in! I realized i am completely sabotaging my weight loss efforts with the extra calories. I replaced my usual glass or two of wine with tea last week and that seemed to be ok. I took a wine class at our local community house and realized what "good" wine tasted like and that curbed my intake as well, as I am…
